(the “Site”), operated by AsiaBC PH Corporation (“AsiaBC PH,” “we,” “us,” or

“our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. About. AsiaBC PH AsiaBC PH Corporation is the Philippines-based back-

office and digital support arm of AsiaBC Group. AsiaBC PH is not a licensed

company secretarial, legal, or accounting service provider. All support

services are performed under the direction and supervision of each client’s

own licensed professionals. Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, accounting,

tax, or professional advice.

2. Use of the Site. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and must

not damage, disable, or impair it, attempt unauthorized access to any part of

the Site or its systems, or use automated means such as bots or scrapers

without our prior permission.

3. Inquiries and Discovery Calls. Submitting a contact form, booking a

discovery call, or subscribing to our newsletter does not create a service

agreement or client relationship. Any engagement for services will be

governed by a separate written agreement between AsiaBC PH and the

client.
